Diabetes is manageable now, how can this affect her as a teacher?

I hope she is successful in finding a job as a teacher

Sorry to hear your daughter didn't get the job.

I'm sure far more importance will be placed on her sick record than her diabetes, which is obviously very well-managed.

I wish her good luck for her next interviews. Let us know how it goes, won't you?

Didnt manage a full day in work last week! Sent home three days and spent yesterday in bed.

I am seriously run down at the moment. Just cannot seem to shift this cold and to top it off I now have a sickness bug that also seems to be doing the rounds! I am never off ill so im not a very good patient!

It is a bad virus at the moment. I had it and had to take time off which I hardly ever do. So just be kind to yourself. It took me 6 weeks to fully recover but i took about 4 days off. Tried to work from home during that time which made it harder to recover.

Oh no Air France on strike it may not affect my outward journey on Saturday but they are striking the day I come back on 18th April. I am travelling on Ryan Air. I am sat at work panicking and trying to clear my diary week commencing 20th!
