Meanwhile, Sacha realises that he and Essie may have moved on with their lives. With Dom's help, he questions whether he wants to be the cuddly, caring guy in the relationship after all.
Elsewhere, Arthur is on the back-foot when Fletch and Raf prank him on his first day on AAU. They keep him on his toes with a tricky patient, which ultimately tests his ability. Has he got what it takes to keep up with the pace on AAU?
