No broken bones or fractures but they kept him in as he cannot walk. Going to be like this for a week I think. But he will be home tomorrow. .Just got back from hospital. Exhausted. Missed Corrie and Celebrity Get me out of here. Shocked Jimmy has been voted out but he did go over the top the other day. Will watch it all tomorrow. Oh its tomorrow now. You can never get any signal in the hospital so my ipad and phone were useless unless i stuck my head out the window.

accident and hope he makes a good recovery.

Thank you all. Hopefully He will be home today. Yesterday was a strange day. My doctors surgery rang me on Friday and when I rang back they did't know why anyone had rang me and who. I came home for a bit yesterday while my husbands friends were at the hospital and my 15 yr son told me the doctor rang. I rang her and she said that she has to put me on the cancer pathway again. I had Thyroid Cancer in 2008 and have been swallowing funny again recently. Well actually from June but I have been ignoring it. So I have to have tests, got my ultasound Thursday. I am dreading the camera they shove up your nose and down your throat. I said I was'nt going to have that one.i refused that test after my final surgery in 2009. They wanted to check my voice was ok. I said it was. Anyway it may not be anything and they say maybe due to anxiety with all this whistleblowing stuff. If it turns out to be because I am anxious how do I stop it. I think its my glands swelling up under my chin dont think it is cancer as my recent blood test was clear of cancer.

I am so sorry swmc, another worry to your already stressed life. Have you ever tried meditation or yoga? I believe they are meant to be stress releases but can't speak from experience..

Thank Perdota. i am not very good at that sort of thing. But I will try and put some relaxing things into my routine which is generally hectic . Its hard as I have two jobs and they are really stressful ones plus the family etc

Had my scan it did not show any lumps so, so far so good. Today is a good day. Husband on the mend and life getting back to normal
