Over on Coronation Street, Tracy Barlow continues her explosive feud with Carla Connor by trashing the factory.

Tracy (Kate Ford) takes revenge as she still blames Carla for ruining her wedding day and sparking the chain of events that led to Rob's imprisonment.

With Carla and Michelle away at a spa day, Tracy spots an opportunity to cause trouble when she gets her hands on Rob's keys to the factory.

After using the keys to let herself into Underworld, Tracy trashes Carla's office in a rage and is clearly out of control.

When Carla (Alison King) arrives back unexpectedly, she is stunned by the chaotic scene that greets her and she ends up fighting with Tracy.

Tracy even threatens to call the police to deal with her enemy, but this leads to Tracy breaking down as she admits how much she still loves Rob.

Taken aback by Tracy's tears, will Carla relent and can the warring women find a way to make peace with each other?

Monday

Tracy surveys her dwindling stock and worries that her business is going down the pan. When Tony calls in the shop and tries again to tempt her with some dodgy stock, will Tracy have a change of heart? Whatever her decision, Tony tells Liz that he intends to take over Tracy's business!

Later, with Tracy stressing about her finances and unable to pay the rent, Ken takes her for dinner in an effort to cheer her up. However, when Tracy spots Carla, Michelle, Liz and Tony all having a good time at the next table, her jealousy explodes as she blames Carla for ruining her life…

Meanwhile, Alya asks Leanne if she and Gary can use her flat as a bolt hole, but Leanne refuses to aid them in their subterfuge and urges them to tell Kal about their relationship sooner rather than later.

Elsewhere, Sally gives Alya a tour of the factory and shows her the ropes. Feeling patronised, Alya is forced to grit her teeth. Will Tim be able to do the same as Sally gives him a reading lesson?

Also today, Lloyd warns Steve that that he is throwing good money after bad and he should get shot of the car. Will Steve relent?

Wednesday

Hour-long episode

Tracy watches ruefully as Carla and Michelle head off for their spa day. When Ken then hands her a set of keys which Emily found in one of Rob's jackets, Tracy realises they're the keys to the factory and forms a plan.

Using Rob's keys, Tracy lets herself into Underworld and trashes Carla's office in a rage. When a stunned Carla walks in, the two women fight and Carla threatens to call the police. But when Tracy breaks down and tells her how much she loves Rob, will Carla relent? Can the pair sort out their differences and move on?

Meanwhile, when Kevin buys a posh second hand sofa but fails to get it through the door of Number 13, Tim offers to take it off his hands, thinking it will impress Sally. However, Sally hates the sofa and demands Kevin swaps back again. Kevin refuses and Sally is furious, but when she discovers how expensive the sofa is, will she have a change of heart?

Elsewhere, having been left to lock up, Alya invites Gary into the factory hoping for some time alone, but they are disturbed when they hear Tracy enter. In a panic, Alya bundles Gary into the loading bay.

Also today, when a client in the gym has an accident and crushes his hand, will wannabe paramedic Katy come to his rescue?

Finally, when the police tell Todd they've caught the guy who assaulted him, Todd is unfazed and points out that it won't help the scar on his face.


Friday

The wife of the sofa seller calls in at the garage, telling Kevin that she would like it back. She explains that her husband only sold it out of spite as they're getting divorced. Kevin panics and clearly smitten by Diane, he tells her that he sold the sofa to a random guy in the pub. Diane insists they go for a drink to see if they can find him.

Later in The Rovers, Diane flirts with Kevin and they exchange phone numbers so Kevin can contact her if he tracks down the sofa. But with Sally now loving her new sofa, will she and Tim agree to help Kevin out?

Meanwhile, Sean is excited at the thought of a big night out with his mates, hoping that he might get lucky and meet Mr Right. But as his mates cry off one by one, Sean is disappointed when only Sinead remains up for a night on the tiles.

Elsewhere, Yasmeen suggests to Sharif they should look at buying Number 6, which is going up for auction.

Also, Carla hands Michelle a cheque to cover Tracy's debts and pay off the wedding suppliers. When Michelle calls in Barlow's Buys and tells Tracy that she is off the hook as Carla has paid her debts, how will Tracy react?


Friday (2)

Diane arrives for her evening with Kevin. Desperate to keep the sofa debacle a secret, Kevin suggests the Bistro. However, when Sally and Tim join them, Kevin is horrified as he fears that Sally will mention the sofa.

Realising that Diane is a cut above, Sally is instantly impressed and wonders how she and Kevin met. Kevin quickly changes the subject, but when Sally suggests Kevin and Diane come back for a night-cap, how will Kevin get out of that one? After a brief kiss from Diane he's enraptured, but knows he's stuck in a real predicament…

Meanwhile, Sean and Sinead are about to head home after an uneventful evening when suddenly Sean's luck changes and Billy introduces himself, explaining that he's the new vicar at St Mary's. As Sean and Billy exchange phone numbers, Sean is walking on air.

Elsewhere, Tracy pours over her accounts, worried at the lack of business. Ken points out that she should be grateful Carla has paid off her wedding debts.

Also, Yasmeen does her best to persuade Sharif that buying Number 6 would be a good idea as it's so convenient for the gym and the community centre.

Coronation Street's Tracy Barlow receives a shock next week as her enemy Carla Connor bails her out of a financial mess.

Tracy faces a worrying situation in upcoming episodes as she doesn't know how to pay off the debts she built up with her expensive wedding day.

Although the warring women continue to clash next week, Carla later takes pity on an emotional Tracy when she finally breaks down.

Wanting to make amends for ruining Tracy and Rob's wedding day, Carla ultimately decides to pay off Tracy's debts as a gesture of goodwill.

Kate Ford, who plays Tracy, commented: "Tracy feels a complete web of emotions. She's shocked, she's relieved, she's humiliated, and I also think a part of her is quite humbled by Carla's gesture.

"She obviously feels like a huge weight has been lifted off her shoulders financially, but she's also embarrassed that it's Carla of all people who has bailed her out."

Although one of Tracy's problems has been solved, she still has to worry about the future of her business Barlow's Buys as the accounts aren't looking good.

With Tony Stewart (Terence Maynard) continuing to take a great interest in the shop, his close proximity leads to an affair between him and Tracy.

Ford added: "Tracy has a long way to go before she can find happiness again. I think she might be setting herself up for another fall with the next chapter she's about to get involved with. It's been great filming Tracy's plight and her heartbreak. I'm excited to see what's next for her.

"I think Tracy and Tony are two very complex, dangerous characters and it's exciting. I think they constantly outdo each other all of the time and I think they're attracted to the dangerous side in each other."
