Hollyoaks fans can expect utter devastation later this month as the soap's train crash stunt leaves a number of lives hanging in the balance.

The shock incident takes place when the McQueen family board a party train after the wedding of Myra's niece Porsche and fellow newcomer Lockie Campbell.

Dodger Savage (Danny Mac) is also on the train, as he decides to play happy families with Theresa and his baby daughter Myra-Pocahontas after learning that his girlfriend Maxine Minniver has reunited with his dad Patrick.

Theresa wants a future with Dodger

Maxine moves back in with evil Patrick after he agrees to drop the charges against her if she gives him another chance.

Just as Dodger is losing all hope for a future with Maxine in the aftermath, he leaves her one last message in the hope that she still loves him.

When it's clear that Maxine does, she decides that she can't be apart from Dodger anymore, so Sienna Blake reluctantly drives her to the train station to find him.

Unfortunately, the threat of Patrick still looms large as he has put a spy app on Maxine's phone and is keeping track of her every move.

While Patrick's role in the proceedings is being kept under wraps, Jeremy Sheffield has confirmed that his villainous character will be responsible for the carnage that follows as the McQueens' party train crashes.

When the vehicle topples over onto its side, everyone inside is in danger, but Carmel (Gemma Merna) is the first to wake. As she climbs out of the carriage, she is shaken and surveys the wreckage around her.

At the same time, Sienna and Maxine are watching nearby and realise Dodger was on board when they see the crash scene. The ambulance and fire service soon arrive to deal with the accident, but not everyone will survive…

There will be some shocking twists in the aftermath of the devastating train crash on Hollyoaks next week.

The Channel 4 show will air hugely dramatic scenes next week as the wedding of newcomers Porsche McQueen and Lockie Campbell ends in tragedy.

However, as several of the village residents are left devastated by the consequences of the crash, scheming pair Patrick (Jeremy Sheffield) and Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) use the opportunity to cause more trouble.

After Maxine goes into labour amidst all the drama, Patrick manages to find her in time.

However, Patrick later leaves the railway hut with the baby and tells the paramedic that she has died whilst giving birth. Is he planning to steal the his newborn baby daughter? And where is Maxine?

At the hospital, as the inured passengers are being treated, Sienna is questioned by police about her part in the tragedy when Patrick arrives at the hospital with his new daughter and tells the survivors about Maxine's fate.

Meanwhile, Sienna has a scheme planned of her own as she flees the hospital taking a hostage with her, but who is it?

John Paul asks Lockie to call off the wedding after the newcomer made a pass at him. At the same time, Porsche is relieved when her sister Celine finally arrives.

Later, Porsche walks down the aisle, but as she and Lockie are saying their vows, John Paul interrupts. Will John Paul's fears for his cousin's happiness derail the ceremony?

Elsewhere, Maxine pretends to be grateful to Patrick for getting her released from prison, but she is secretly repulsed at being back in his bed. Later, Dodger returns and tells Theresa that it's Maxine he wants to be with. However, he is devastated when Nico reveals that Maxine is back with Patrick.


Tuesday

Meanwhile, Dodger has turned up at the McQueen wedding to play happy families with Theresa, but he leaves one last message for Maxine in the hope that she still loves him.

When Maxine hears the message and decides that she can't be apart from Dodger anymore, Sienna reluctantly drives her to the train station to find him. However, Patrick is tracking their every move via a spy app that he has installed on Maxine's phone. As Maxine continues putting her faith in bitter Sienna, she is unaware that disaster is about to strike.
