Home and Away bosses have decided to film special episodes of the soap in London.

Shooting will take place this autumn as a number of central cast members travel to the UK as part of a dramatic new storyline.

While exact details of the plot are being kept under wraps for now, show chiefs have said that the characters involved will be "embarking on a desperate fight to hang onto what is most important in life - love and family".

Greg Barnett, commissioning editor for Home and Away's UK broadcaster Channel 5, commented: "Although we can't reveal much about the storyline at present, I can promise fans this is going to be one not to miss.

"It's great to have the show filming these very special episodes in the UK, and as a huge fan myself I'm very, very excited!"

I was hoping that it would be about Indi finding Romeo in London, I hope it's not another Braxton storyline! I like them, but it's just all about them lately :/

Irene already filmed in the UK back some 10 years ago with Marilyn, if I remember correctly!! I would imagine it will be Braxton related somehow......Home and Away is about family and who does it better than the Braxton Brothers! I'd love to see more Cheryl tbh!! Supose we just have to wait and see :P

That would be good but the actor who plays Romeo is the US as he has a gig on a new show there

Home and Away's UK fans are being offered the chance to win a date with the River Boys when they film episodes of the soap in London next month.

Steve Peacocke (Brax), Dan Ewing (Heath) and Lincoln Younes (Casey) will all feature in the special storyline which is being shot in London in October.

Home and Away's UK broadcaster Channel 5 has now launched a competition which will see one lucky fan enjoy a date with the Braxton brothers at a five-star London hotel.

The winner will also be allowed to bring a friend along to the date.

Viewers can submit their entries by visiting the Channel 5 website and uploading a video of themselves giving their best chat-up line for the boys.

Channel 5 will then pick its five favourites to go head-to-head in a public vote.

It can't be Romeo. If you pause the newest promo when the pictures get really fast, one of them is chris, Indi, sasha, dex and April up at the lighthouse where Romeo left Indi with a vase of ashes. I think he's dead.
