Running is not happening at the moment, completely mashed my knee. Ligament damage and need to rest. So not allowed to train. Going to still do ten k though, even if I have to walk it!! Was getting my time up and everything before injury, it's really gutting.
Aww that's unfortunate. Ever so sorry to hear that! I wish you a swift recovery.
