Coronation Street's Tyrone Dobbs is sent to prison later this month after his plan to kidnap baby Ruby ends in failure.
Upcoming episodes see Tyrone (Alan Halsall) snatch his young daughter, before fleeing Weatherfield with girlfriend Fiz Stape and her own child Hope.
Tyrone and Fiz (Jennie McAlpine) initially hide out in Wales while they ponder their next move, eventually agreeing that they should get out of the UK as soon as possible.
As the troubled pair need help to make this happen, they contact Chesney and ask him to bring them some cash and their passports.
Unfortunately, it's not long before the police track down the runaways, and things get even worse for Tyrone as he is arrested on suspicion of child abduction.
At the police station, Fiz is released with a caution when Tyrone protects her, insisting that the abduction was all his idea.
However, Tyrone isn't so lucky as the authorities reveal that there's now enough evidence to charge him with three counts of assault against his twisted ex-fiancée Kirsty Soames, while the abduction will also be investigated further.
Tyrone is denied bail when he faces court the next morning, adding to his heartache and leaving Fiz devastated.
Fiz is desperate to talk to Tyrone, but he surprises everyone by sending a visiting order for Tina instead. Tyrone then asks Tina to pass on a message to Fiz - she should just forget about him as they now have no chance of a happy future together…
