Coming up in Emmerdale, Charity's ill-fated stint working behind the bar at The Woolpack comes to an abrupt end after Diane grows tired of her behaviour.
Turning up late for work and slacking off at any opportunity, Charity is proving to be a nightmare employee and Diane gets frustrated when it seems that Chas isn't taking the issue seriously enough.
When Charity refuses to pull her weight by doing the dishes, Diane orders her out the back for a word. Prompted by Diane, Chas then makes the difficult decision to sack Charity.
Following her firing, Charity realises that she needs to give the factory her full attention, so she tells Jai and Nikhil that they'll have to give her a managerial position at Sharma & Sharma. Could Charity's demand cause fresh tension between the two brothers?
