    24th Jan

Henshall arrests Carl when he lashes out in the pub after being accused of starting the fire.

Meanwhile, Andy is at the centre of more gossip after moving back to the caravan at Butlers - but Alicia defends him in the pub.

Elsewhere, Jackson reckons Aaron's spending too much time at Dale Head, but Aaron disagrees. Later, as they sit watching a DVD together, Jackson insists Aaron should go to the pub for last orders - but Aaron claims he'd rather be with Jackson.

Also today, Turner is less than impressed when Dermot muscles in on his card game with the ladies, and Jimmy seems uneasy after receiving a phone call.

    25th Jan

Jackson tells Aaron that he doesn't want him to sacrifice everything to be his carer. Aaron tries to avoid the conversation, but Jackson insists that he needs to find a balance in his life and not be held back.

Aaron reluctantly agrees that he'll go to the pub if that will make Jackson happy, but is it a hollow victory for Jackson?

Meanwhile, the village pays its respects to the fire victims with an informal remembrance at the pub. However, as Ashley starts the service, Andy and Carl's presence is noted and there are ripples of tension.

Elsewhere, Pearl increasingly enjoys Dermot's attentions, but Turner is unimpressed, and Debbie refuses to let Cain work on Jai's car and gets Ryan to do it instead.

    26th Jan

Faye is annoyed when Jai decides to take Charity to his lunch meeting instead of her, particularly as Charity has no knowledge of the factory business. Faye takes the opportunity to tell Ryan in earshot of Cain that Charity will do whatever it takes to impress Jai, leaving Cain simmering.

Later, Charity warns Faye to back off, knowing she is trying to stir things up with Cain.

Meanwhile, Jackson uses his video diary to voice his concerns over Aaron. But Aaron still turns up at lunchtime and suggests lunch at The Woolpack. Jackson agrees but later admits to Hazel that he loves Aaron too much to let him waste his life looking after him.

Elsewhere, Amy feels anxious about tomorrow's social services visit.

    27th 7-00pm

Charity and Jai are triumphant after securing the contract from their meeting the previous day. Cain asks Jai if the only way he can get women to spend time with him is by putting them on the payroll, but Jai replies that maybe Cain realises Charity is too good for him.

Later, Faye takes pleasure in informing Cain that Charity is having a cosy after-work drink with Jai at Holdgate. Cain watches them through the window before seeing red. Soon afterwards, Cain pays Sam to help him exact revenge as he breaks into the barn conversion and proceeds to take a sledge hammer to the wall…

Meanwhile, Aaron is annoyed with Paddy for speaking to Jackson about the amount of time they are spending together. Later, Jackson persuades Aaron to spend the evening without him.

Elsewhere, a nervous Amy knocks back some wine while Val and Pollard entertain social services; the tension between Lisa and Derek is noticed by the factory girls as Lisa returns to work; and Moira and John agree that Roz can move in after her dad chucks her out.

    27th 8-00pm

After Cain wrecks Jai's barn, Zak finds out what he's done and wonders what's going on. Cain opens up to his dad, confiding that he's sure that Charity and Jai are sleeping together. Later, Charity heads home from Holdgate and calls into the pub, where Chas warns her about Cain and Jai's earlier run-in and tells her she's asking for trouble.

Charity finds Cain at home and tells him to drop it as she was just working late. However, having seen them together drinking wine on the sofa, Cain knows she's lying.

Meanwhile, Pollard pops out to find Amy and sees her drunk with Victoria and Hannah. He sends them off to sober up and covers to the social worker that Amy is at the cinema for her birthday. The social worker points out that her birthday was in June, and Val and Pollard are embarrassed that they've been duped. Later, Val lays into Amy, wondering what they have taken on.

Elsewhere, everyone tries to make Aaron realise that he can care for Jackson but still have a life of his own too; Nikhil, Declan and Ella are concerned to hear that Jai might have incurred the wrath of Cain; and John and Moira worry that having Roz stay will affect Holly's recovery

    28th Jan

Jai is furious after learning that £20,000 worth of damage has been done to the barn. Later, Nikhil is incredulous when Jai tells the police that he has no idea who might be behind the vandalism. However, Jai tells Nikhil that there is no point shopping Cain - he will handle things his way.

Jai confronts Cain in front of Charity, who demands that Cain swear he wasn't involved. When Cain asks why she cares so much about her job, Jai squares up to Cain but Charity stops him. Later, Cain tells Charity he won't be made a fool of, and she replies that all he's done is made her think she'd rather be with Jai than with him.

Meanwhile, Val is still annoyed by Amy's failure to show up for the social services meeting yesterday. Knowing she's got some making up to do with Val and Pollard, Amy asks Leyla if she can help at the shop, wanting to earn cash to get Val and Pollard a gift.

Elsewhere, Aaron has a night out with Adam; Jackson spends time with his carer Joe; and Zak insists on taking Lisa out for their wedding anniversary but the romantic evening is marred by talk of Derek.
