    So the Poison Dwarf survives

Now we've all seen that Peggy Mitchell managed to survive the Queen Vic fire, it's no longer a secret that her final EastEnders episode will actually be airing tomorrow.

The extended edition of the Walford drama will air between 8.00pm and 8.40pm and see Barbara Windsor's final moments in the role that made her a soap legend.

If you don't already know, immediately after her final episode airs, there's an EastEnders Revealed special airing on BBC One, titled Peggy Mitchell - Queen of The Vic.

The 20-minute tribute reminds viewers of ten moments that helped to make the Mitchell matriarch such a popular and iconic figure. With so many to choose from, how they narrowed them down is anyone's guess!

Scenes included in the special include Windsor's first appearance as Peggy and her forthcoming exit.

The trials and tribulations of Peggy's troubled love life, her experiences as The Vic's landlady and turbulent relationship with her beloved family will also feature in the trip down memory lane.

Peggy Mitchell makes a life-changing decision in tonight's episode of EastEnders, realising that she needs to bow out of Albert Square for the sake of her beloved family.

As a new day dawns following the Queen Vic fire, the Mitchells are still reeling from the shocking events and it's unclear whether they will ever be able to recover.

However, after considering everything that has happened to her family recently, Peggy ultimately decides that the best thing for all of them is to stand on their own two feet - which means she has to leave.

Before making her departure, a distraught Peggy pays one final visit to The Vic, which is now little more than a shell after being destroyed by the blaze.

Determined for the police not to find out that Phil started the fire, Peggy also visits Stacey - telling her to take the blame for the crime, as her sentence for arson will be less than it would be for Archie's murder.

Facing a new dilemma, what will Stacey do? And how will Albert Square cope without its first lady?

Peggy's final EastEnders episode airs tonight at 8pm on BBC One, and will be followed by EastEnders Revealed - Peggy Mitchell, Queen of The Vic at 8.40pm.

I just cannot believe the press this 2bit so called actress is getting. Barbara Windsor is and will always be a one trick pony. She was under qualified as a carry on actress and now thanks the the BBC she is being portrayed as an Oscar winning actress. Have people no sense??????

There are other actresses on EE who are ten times better than Ms Windsor yet she gets all the publicity, collects all the awards. I just dont think its right
