• Carl (Tom Lister) tells Eve (Suzanne Shaw) they can only be friends: but will he be able to stick to it?

• Nathan’s (Lyndon Ogbourne) unimpressed to see Declan (Jason Merrells) didn’t take his part of the bargain seriously
• Charlie (George Costigan) admits to Diane (Elizabeth Estensen) that he’ll be leaving soon
• Eve (Suzanne Shaw) enjoys teasing a guilty Carl (Tom Lister) over Edna’s (Shirley Stelfox) accident

• Aaron’s (Danny Miller) in danger when Wayne (Gary Hanks) wants payback
• Declan (Jason Merrells) refuses to give Nathan (Lyndon Ogbourne) the upper hand
• Diane (Elizabeth Estensen) admits that she doesn’t want Charlie (George Costigan) to leave

• Aaron (Danny Miller) takes the next step with Jackson (Marc Silcock)
• Eve (Suzanne Shaw) offers to take Edna’s (Shirley Stelfox) place at Pear Tree
• Paddy (Dominic Brunt) encourages Marlon (Mark Charnock) to make a move on Rhona (Zoe Henry)

SPOILERS: i found out what happens with aaron is (in brief)::
- he humiliates Wayne in community service (how i don't know)
- Wayne turns up at the garage wanting revenge
- he starts yelling at Aaron but Aaron keeps cool and doesn't retaliate
- Wayne gets annoyed that Aaron is acting so unfased and starts threatening him with a spanner/ brandishing it at him
- they don't know but Jackson has seen all of this and rushes over to help Aaron, restraining Wayne
- i think wayne probably just says something threatening/offensive and walks off
-Aaron is grateful to Jackson for his help, and invites him back to Smithy Cottage
- then from my source it said "but how will Jackson react when Aaron asks him to stay the night?" sooooo ;p
And from a recent interview with Danny Miller he said he's filmed two kisses so far, and only one has been shown, so I assume and some point that they get together again at some point, maybe not right now. And Pauline Quirke (actress set to play Jackson's Mum) will come into the show in August, so i think it can be assumed Jackson stays in the show until then, and then hopefully for much longer!!

edna has a fall so eve covers for her and works for the kings and tries it on with karl

Jackson rushes to Aaron's side in a fortnight's time when he steps in to save him from a beating by bully Wayne.

Having humiliated Wayne at community payback earlier in the day, Wayne follows him back to the garage and threateningly corners him with a spanner.

While Aaron refuses to fight, Jackson watches on.

Sensing that Aaron's struggling to keep his cool - and realising that him dishing out another beating would result in a custodial sentence - Jackson heroically steps in and restrains Wayne.

Thankful to Jackson for saving him, Aaron takes him for a pint where talk soon turns to his recent suicide bid.

Believing that they should take the next step in their relationship, the locals watch on as the pair head back to Smithy together.


These scenes air on Thursday, June 17 at 7pm and 8pm on ITV1.
