That sounds like a made up story lol. I'm not sure about hair, but you can make diamonds out of people's ashes.

He didn't, he had a skin condition that made his skin change colour.

I don't even think it's possible to bleach skin to that degree.

They look mixed in appearance they could be mixed with black for instance not all people that are mixed have the darker complexion some are very light skinned and features can appear to be european

None of his kids are black because he's not the biological father to any of them. Even with his skin condition his family is black so it would be in his genes. If he fathered any of those kids they would black. I know a gril who's white with blonde hair and has two boys there father is black and so are the kids.

My godson who is mixed with white and black has blonde hair and blue eyes and only a slight colour to his complexion. So I think anything is possible
