Fern Britton will relaunch her television career on the BBC just hours after she has left This Morning.
The 51-year-old has already begun filming new projects aside from the ITV daytime series with Phillip Schofield.
Fern will appear as a team captain on the new Beeb quiz, As Seen On TV next Friday, on the same day as she leaves This Morning after 10 years.

I suppose its more to do with that she won't be working every day (morning) of each week (bar Fri Sat and Sun), if its different series' that she's going to be filming - and like Abigail said, maybe they're giving her more flexible hours during filming

isnt holly a bit young! i personally think they need someone of a more mature age for the sympathy and understand of midlife crises and things like that
