2600: Cheryl moves in next to Kris

Leo's determined to pull his family back together. He finds Sasha and Spencer at the Evissa flat looking at a photo album of Warren but Sasha just slams the door in his face. Spencer tells Leo that he's worried that Warren may have died thinking he hated him. Leo feels out of his depth, but when Lauren offers to help, he brushes her off. Feeling unappreciated, she slams a door on him too.
Meanwhile, Calvin offloads his troubles on Carmel, explaining how guilty he feels for letting Warren die and not telling Spencer the truth. Leo finds them talking and asks Calvin to help him with Spencer, but Calvin's falling apart at the seams himself.
Calvin soon comes clean with his father about Warren's death and in the end, Leo has to turn to Carmel for help. As the family scatter Warren's ashes, Carmel has some words of comfort for them. After the service, everyone's in a slightly better mood and it appears that Leo has done succeeded in his task of bringing his family a little closer together…
Meanwhile, Kris has decided that he's had enough of Cheryl sponging off him. She protests that he can't throw her out when she's on the run for killing her ex-boss, but when it turns out that she's in the clear, Kris reminds her that she now has no reason to stay. He tells her to find a job at Steph's dance studio or sling her hook.
Desperate, she rocks up at Steph's flat - where Malachy and Mercedes are decorating - and treats them all to an outrageous audition dance. unsurprisingly, she doesn't get the job.
Down on her luck, she bumps into Zak, who, armed with flowers and chocolates, is on his way to see Michaela. However, on seeing how down Cheryl is, he offers to buy her a smoothie. While they're at MOBS, Cheryl bumps into Steph again and sensing an opportunity, she asks for a job there instead. Left in the lurch by Cindy, Steph's almost forced to agree.
It seems like Cheryl's luck has changed and she kisses Zak in celebration - just as Michaela turns up!
Unable to believe the bad timing, Zak attempts to convince his girlfriend that nothing's going on between him and Cheryl, while Cheryl helps by putting in a good word. However, Cheryl's 'good word' only serves to infuriate Michaela when she reveals that Zak inadvertently helped her get the job so she could stay in Hollyoaks. Later, Cheryl returns to Kris's flat to break the good news - she has a job and she's renting the flat next to him…
Elsewhere, Steph decides she needs a fresh start. When she finds markings on the wall left by Max, she decides that it's time to redecorate and move on. However, Frankie's annoyed that she didn't ask Jack first and warns Steph that hiring Mercedes and Malachy will lead to disaster.
Steph ignores her mother's warnings, but when she returns home to find Malachy and Mercedes getting it on with paint splattered everywhere, it seems that Frankie was right. When Frankie returns, she finds a forlorn Steph after her shocking discovery. However, Frankie attempts to raise Steph's spirits and commends her for trying to move on, before offering to help in any way she can.
