^That scene reminded me of when Phil sold the Vic to Dan, when he relapsed years ago and was in a drunken state, he sold it for a Fiver, you would think he would at least ask for £20 he can get some serious ale at the offy for that. lol!!! But that just shows typical Beale, has to be there even if no-one is being serious.
