Its all that little witch Melody's fault she should be charged by the police

It's not completely her fault. If Kane had been looking where he was going and not searching for his phone then he would have seen her in time.

Roman had gone to see Morag in the city.

She stood in the middle of the road - high on drugs - locked all the doors

And if Melody hadnt sneaked out of the house again, Kane would have been no where near the school he was doing annie and jai a favour by giving them a lift to go and get her.

Well if we're going that far, none of it would have happened if Kane hadn't come back.

Bottom line is, Kane should have been looking where he was going. If he was, he'd have seen Melody in time to avoid her and the school hall. Melody locking the doors wouldn't have been such a big deal if Kane hadn't crashed into the building.
