Its all that little witch Melody's fault she should be charged by the police

It's not completely her fault. If Kane had been looking where he was going and not searching for his phone then he would have seen her in time.

Roman had gone to see Morag in the city.

She stood in the middle of the road - high on drugs - locked all the doors

But if Kane had been looking where he was going then he wouldn't have needed to swerve into the building. The building wouldn't have gone up in flames.

It's as much his fault as it is her's.
