charlie was a higher rank if you look at their uniforms charlie has 2 stripes jack only has 1 - think charlie went to summer bay through a transfere to be near her dad

Yeah, Charlie is a higher rank. She was the equivalent of a sergent (even though she had two stripes, not three), Jack was only a PC.

Loved it when Tony found Jack, one of the best realistic emotional scenes I have seen acted out in a long time. Well done
