I also think you should have to have a certain number of posts and be over 16.
Maybe purple members + should go.. because you know them better? And so that others don't turn up who aren't purple or something.. once we know who can go, maybe go etc.. we sort it via email/pm or msn or something?

Well that would depend when everyone who is going has their holidays, Everyone will have the whole of Aug off I'm guessing? So could do it in August..
