i think its because she has been in that situation herself she can sympathise and empathise with all of them, which makes her more suitable IMO to be a judge than dannii

I must admit I was unsure of Cheryl at first when she joined the judging panel, but now I have to say she has proved a fantastic addition. Pretty happy with who went through - felt a bit gutted for Suzie, Hannah and Amy though for not managing to make it.

The only decision I found bizarre was why Dannii decided to put through Daniel Is it just me or is he just a very average performer?

X Factor's newest judge Cheryl Cole has been tipped to win this year's contest thanks to her contestant Laura White.
Brunette Laura, 21, is a creative writing student from Manchester and has been singing in jazz bars since she was 15.
After being chosen by Cheryl for her Girls 14-24 category, bookmakers made her 7/2 favourite to win the talent show in December.
