I agree Davey, obsessing over food will give her children a complex about it.
    Thanks CrazyLea

For the past week I been going on the tredmill for at least half an hour so I burn around 100/150 calories (depending on what spped etc.)..
I think I lost about 1kg now so I am feeling proud and motivated to do more. Problem is I am still eating like normal, if anything eating more sweets which is bad, I feel guilty but not guilty enough to stop eating them Need to cut down on that and go back to eating healthier foods WHILE continuing with the daily exercise lol.

I am determined to make this work so I am going to write it down now!
    Weight: 8st 2lb
    Height: 4'10 (Yes I'm a shorty lol..)
    Target: 6st 6lb
    Lost: 2lb

Aww I need to get back on my diet big time, all the hard work I put into getting my weight off has just been a waste So me and my friend are getting back on it Monday and instead of going to Slimming World, we're forking out for an induction insetad and then pay 3 quid or so to use the gym and jsut cut down portions and eat healthier. I will do it!

Your target weight is too much in my opinion, sounds to me that you don't have to lose any weight. I am only 5' and would love to be around 8 st. I think you will become poorly if you lose that much weight. Please be careful.

I am thinking of increasing it as 6st 6lb is just before by BMI is 18.5 (anything below 18.5 is considered unhealthy e.g. underweight).. And I don't want to be anywhere near underweight/aneroxic tbh. If I look good in clothes and my weight is well above the target I will be happy to stop above that. Main thing is the exercise, I barely do any so I need to maintain that haha..
    Thanks xx

Spicy that is a lot of weight to loose. My Marley is 10 just over 4 1/2 feet and she weighs 6 stone and there is nothing to her she is skin and bone.

Thanks to Vicky for my great new banner xxx

Spicy 8 stone is a perfect weight!

When I was a few years younger I wanted to put on weight because I thought I was too skinny Now I'm about 9 stone. I could do with toning up my stomach but oh well. I eat healthily but have sweets now and again. Everything in moderation.

I just did the BMI thing for curiosity. Woop.
    Your BMI is 21.5

If your BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9 you're an ideal weight for your height.
Peter: So how many are there? Is it bad? Olivia: Did you eat? Peter: Yeah. Olivia: Well, that's unfortunate.

Since my last update I didn't loose any weight even though I was exercing daily (perhaps getting some muscles ) This week I been busy and didn't go on the tredmill but I lost 1lb so I'm pleased Will need to get into the routine once again!
