I think it was a memory stick with evidence of Jack being a corrupt copper and Max and Phil both don't like Jack and it looks as if they are trying to get Jack out of their lives, at least for a while.it was the recording darren gave to jack of phil talking about his involvement in the cut and shut cars. phil thought jack had got rid of it but jack decided to keep a copy to obviously use it if needed another time. he obviously didnt plan on it being used against him lol!
