TELLY bosses are cooking up a new Osbournes-style reality show for Rex Newmark and his wacky family.

Producers reckon the minted 24-year-old has been the biggest character on BB this summer.

And they are convinced that a fly-on-the-wall series based at his family’s London restaurant would be a hit.

The show, with a working title of Meet The Newmarks, would echo the series which gave fans an insiders’ view of Ozzy Osbourne, 59, his wife Sharon, 55, and two of their kids Kelly, 23, and Jack, 22.

MTV made four series of The Osbournes, turning the whole family into household names and earning them millions of pounds.

Now bosses reckon they can cash in by using the same format to turn Rex, his family and his sexy girlfriend – ex-housemate Nicole Cammack, 19 – into stars.

An insider said: “The Newmarks are a wealthy family who seem to live a very wild lifestyle, packed full of celebrities and glamour.

“Giving them their own show based at the restaurant would be like two shows rolled into one. You would get the reality side of things and you would get to see Rex doing what he does best – cooking.”

Channel 4 are the favourites to clinch the show and Rex’s dad Robert is locked in talks with TV chiefs to secure a deal before his son has even left the spy-on-the-wall house.

Cocky Rex – whose father’s restaurant chain Beach Blanket Babylon has been frequented by Kate Moss, 34, Naomi Campbell, 38, and Paul Gascoigne, 41 – could even end up being the next Jamie Oliver, 32.

His dad Robert said: “Rex would love to be a celebrity chef.

“There hasn’t been a new one for some years.

“I know someone who knows Jamie Oliver and apparently when he saw Rex on TV he said ‘There’s a new celebrity chef.’”

His brother Dexter, 20, added: “There has been some talk about him having his own cooking show. He’d jump at the chance.”

Nicole will be hoping the series can win her some fans after 94% of the votes counted against her last week – the most in BB history.

Well I certainly won't be tuning in. I only like watching the housemates when they are in the house. When they leave, I have no interest in them.

The live task is tonight - I am looking forward to it. In the Sun it says that the housemates have to nominate live face to face - then the two housemates with the most nominations go head to head in a task to win £50,000 which isn't part of the prize fund.

Also, next Tuesday (2nd September) there is a double eviction before the finale that airs on Friday 5th September.

Sara and Lisa are both up for eviction this week! That challenge was so nail biting! Very Goldenballs! So glad they decided to share though - it was lovely to watch. They both have a genuine friendship there.

Kat is a master gameplayer. I wish I listened to Luke weeks ago. Rachel subtly revealed her game plan by saying "sorry" - Rachel apologised to Kat because she nominated Rex and Rex is one of Kat's "circle of friends" - one of the people she wants in her dream final.

Kat has been playing a game all the way through, trying to get through to the final with all her friends, and tonight Rachel went against that. That's my view anyway. Kat is a clever cookie.

    last night was BORING

so predictable that those two would be up against each other, because the little group of "friends" (how can you be friends with people you've known for so short amount of time???) would gang up on them

Lisa and Sarah are two of the few decent ones left and it'll be a shame to see them go on Friday. Kat and Rachel need to take off the rose tinted glasses and see that Mo is a fat pig, Rex is a nasty peice of work, and Darnell is just disgusting (the way he takes his own insecurites out on everyone is digusting)

it was obvious with them two playing that they'd share, as they are good friends! boring outcome, not nail biting in the slighest! If any of the three lads had been in there, greedy mom, money hungry rex, or devious darnell, they'd have snapped up the money and never shared at all!

i can not understand why such a detestable bunch of housemates have made it to final week, over nice people like Dale and Stu!?

They should have made the golden ball playoff for eviction, who ever had won they could choose to keep the £50K but would automatically be evicted or return to the house with nothing that would have been more competitive. I would have choosen winner takes all

Thanks to Vicky for my great new banner xxx
