    Tootsie

GRAB the tissues Emmerdale fans – Edna Birch’s prize pooch Tootsie has died.

Sky, who played the lovable mutt for six years, passed away with a brain tumour.

Shirley Stelfox, who plays Edna, said: “Sky was a good friend.”

Fortunately for Dale bosses, Sky’s owner has another papillion dog, Dusty, who will join the cast on June 3.

    Aaaah, poor Tootsie - RIP

That dog was the most annoying thing ever. I know we shouldn't speak ill of the dead but it was irritating.

It hardly had a storyline other than running off and getting pregnant and I don't recall it having a speaking role How could poor Tootsie annoy you?

Well, you'll be glad to learn that Tootsie has been replaced by another papillon looking just like the original Tootsie.
