I've had 2 lessons... my trouble is the bite. It's so quiet I can't tell when I';ve got it so I guess... most of the time I stall!
I suppose it's just something you get used to.
I need to start thinking about my theory though but I don't know what books cd's to get or anything.
I had exactly the same problem with the bite you'll get the hang of it eventually lol 
You should get the official dsa cd as it has all the questions you can be asked. I'd book your theory now, get it out the way
