No, I know what you mean. One of my artificial nail sets had that, did not last long though I am using a keyboard loads of times, not good for nails

How are you going to manage with nails that long? I'd be pulling them off after a day
    Thanks CrazyLea

I bite my nails when I'm nervous (bad habit I know ) So they'd be gone five minutes into an exam If I ever got them done - special occasion only
Peter: So how many are there? Is it bad? Olivia: Did you eat? Peter: Yeah. Olivia: Well, that's unfortunate.

She'll be fine, i managed to do the cooking at work for 50 people with nails that long and didn't break one, or chop one off! and they were my own, i must confess that i did cut the down the next day, i just wanted to know if i could do it or not! lol

I find fake hards really hard to manage for some reason but when I grow my own nails really long (to the length of falsies) I don't find them that hard at all!

I had acrylic nails for a bit whilst I was pregnant with DS4 (and before). They ruined my nails and I had to plaster them in solar oil every day to get them to recover but they did.

I used to love them - there is no way I'd have been able to have bitten them though thats for sure! I used to have them a medium length and the worst time was when I caught one loading the washing machine and ripped it and half of my proper nail off. That really hurt!

    They look lovely though

They're not really that long, the white tip is glued quite a bnit down my own nail as they're only short. They are just under a cm past the end of my finger.

The only downside about them is that they hurt soooo much if i bang them! MY bedroom is the attic conversion and so the roof is slanted down where my bed is and last night I wacked the nails on it in my sleep ;[
