Got a video clip I think you should see with people having talent you would all appreciate, I guarantee. If you could give me some tips on how to "embed?" I would be grateful (can't copy it, does not work).

Click on the website address, right click and 'copy' then paste into here or select the address, press Ctrl+C then Ctrl+V to paste into a post.

What website is it on? If you want to provide a link for it, on the toolbar in either quick reply or advanced reply there is an icon of a globe.
Copy the web address then click on the globe, delete the text that is in the box and paste your link into the box.
Click ok then the link will come up.
If you want to put a name to the link, delete the highlighted text that has come up when you selected ok and type what you like in between the two ][

It is not a website. I got in in an email at work and had to save it as a ???? video (the real player starts going when you watch it and you need to put the speakers on) I am sorry for being so thick but never done this before I joined SB (blushes badly).

You're not thick, just technologically challenged Don't worry, my mum is worse, it took her about a year to figure out how to send an email.
