Our washing machine is working fine. I've used it twice in the last two days Which reminds me that I still haven't taken the wet clothes out from today.

I've done some revision this afternoon. I was doing so well until I stopped for something to eat and came online. I'll have another go later.

The weather is awful, its turned cold and rainy

I did the same thing. Stopped at 2...did a bit from 5-6....History isn't that hard to revise for luckily. Just the basic facts and an ability to babble
Peter: So how many are there? Is it bad? Olivia: Did you eat? Peter: Yeah. Olivia: Well, that's unfortunate.

Business is pretty easy to revise for too. My teacher gave me some revision notes, everything we need to know is in there. I just need to learn the definitions of some things and thats it basically. Most of it is common sense, like the economy, finance and things like that. This credit crunch is great, I have lots to talk about in the exam. Extra marks if you can link answers to the current economic climate I'll do well on the report paper, its pretty simple stuff, write a report then the second question is a 40mark essay. There is always a question on shareholders so I can just talk about what they want etc, I should be ok on that. I got a B on a mock paper with no revision at all.

I'm going to fail physics anyway so I'm kinda holding off on that one. Biology is the one I'm revising seriously for, I really want to get a good grade in that. I hate the subject but I need three A levels, totally 200 points for Bucks, including general studies so I need to do well in biology.

I had to see the doctor about pain control as I have a prolapsed spine so am waiting for a date for my spinal fusion op. Have tried to keep going to work but as I work in the care field its a bit difficult, as I have to use a walking stick now to help keep me balanced.

Hope everyone's exams are going well.

My sister has fibromyalgia and spina bifida. She sees a pain specialist who prescribed her morphine and she had a lignocaine infusion a few weeks ago. A lot of the time the morphine doesn't work so she can't get out of bed or walk. She can't use a cane either because her hands are badly affected and would do more harm than good.

What pain meds are you on?
    Thanks CrazyLea

I'm on 90mg of morphine twice daily with two smaller doses in between of 30mg. I then take paracetamol and Ibuprofen 4 times a day, diclofenac 3 times a day and I was on Amitriptyline, but doc changed that so I'm now on Gabapentin - quite a cocktail. I cant sit for longer than 15 mins - I just find it too uncomfortable. I still count myself lucky though as there are other people far worse off than me - at least hopefully the operation will help ease the back problem.
