Week 20 Holby City Spoilers

Faye thinks she might be pregnant, although she has not yet done a test, as the hospital drama continues. Joseph is initially shocked by the news, but he eventually comes round and goes to buy an engagement ring.

Meanwhile, Kyla is shocked to discover Abra back at Holby and is angry with Ric for not telling her. Ric, however, sees the positive effect that work can have on Abra and persuades Jayne to give him an interview for the locum position that has come up on Keller ward.

Elsewhere, Daisha is homeless again following a run-in with her landlord. Mark comes to her rescue by offering to put her up at his house.

Faye is played by Patsy Kensit, Joseph by Luke Roberts, Kyla by Rakie Ayola, Abra by Adrian Edmondson, Ric by Hugh Quarshie, Jayne by Stella Gonet, Daisha by Rebecca Grant and Mark by Robert Powell.

I think Holby is getting boring and unrealistic. Kyla being an alcoholic and everything that went with it was so far fetched it was unbelievable. Has she been working in the NHS she would have been sacked and disciplined for drinking on the job and killing a patient.

Now we have the Black Widow who doesn't use contraception then wonders why she's pregnant.

Then there's Donna who'd rather get into Michael's bed than do her job. All she seems to do is run round after him like a love sick puppy.

Do you know that alcholism is quite common in the medical profession along with substance abuse, shocking as though it is. Recently a doc was sacked at one of the local hospitals for exposing himself to patients, although this was not down to drink or drugs.....The stress of the profession does the strangest things to some individuals.

Holby is a bit far fetched in terms of everyone sleeping with each other. It's true if a nurse acted like Donna then she would have been sacked a long time ago.

As for Faye, no comment. The fact that she is played by such a crap actress aka Patsy Kensit is enough to put anyone off watching the programme, and the storyline has just added to this.
