completely agree with the above statement.. she is using him cause she does know he would do anything for her, including murdering max and yes you are right, she never tells him how she feels, just that she doesn't trust anyone

I totall agree as well, I don't think that Tanya really wants to be involved with anybody, Sean is just an aide for her at the moment.

I don't think Jane would have thought anything from Steven if Ian and Tanya didn't imply it....

Love Shirley and Phil together, they are a good match for each other. Minty and Heather, saw that coming a mile off
Steven pretty much tortured her in my opinion, pretending to send messages from her mother, so might have ended up hurting her physically too if events had developed differently. I am not sure that he is close to anyone really and seeing that he was not treated for very long after the shooting incident and not at all after trying to commit suicide, I am also not convinced that he is well again.

But does your dad lie to you the way Ian did to Lucy about why they weren't going to go out on Monday?
No. But did Ian lie? I thought he genuinely thought they couldn't go to the palace so genuinely offered to take Lucy out and then Jane messed things up by saying they could go after all. Whether Ian lied or not - I don't think getting the house trashed is the answer.

I'm enjoying the scenes with Phil and Shirley together. I wonder if they will get together or just form a close friendship. It would certainly raise a few eyebrows if they did get together! Can't see Peggy,Ronnie or Roxy being too pleased, although Ben seems to like her.

I agree i don't think Tanya loves or even likes Sean she is just using him

I'd love to see Phil and Shirley together

Yes Ian did lie..he told her that she was more important than the queen and then finds out he can still go and gave her some crappy excuse, not known that she over heard him so YES he LIED to her!!!

Loved that episode! Fantastic acting from all and the ending was just great! May have been an OTT episode, but I thought it was great nonetheless!

Dramatic episode tonight which made for good drama. I think Tanya's quite insane and of course Max is the person we have to blame for that. Still, I do not think this is the answer. Though an unbearable, lying, manipulative, detestable slime, Max is not worth risking jail for and two wrongs don't make a right. Besides you can't drug people and shut them up in coffins however much you hate them - that's just sick and evil. Tanya and Max are as bad as each other and Sean deserves better than being used by Tanya. I couldn't help having a sliver of sympathy with Max when he was sinking to the floor and lying in that coffin. He did ask for it but still - if you are merciful then you are better than that person but if you are not you are just as bad as them.

Sean only went along with it because he loves Tanya but seeing as Sean was unfairly imprisoned for attempted murder by his ex-girlfriend because he dumped her I'm surprised he didn't tell Tanya that this is a bit extreme and he doesn't want to be in prison again anyway. I wouldn't be surprised if they both get sleepless nights and feel guilty and wretched and then split up - Max would have split them up from the coffin and a perfectly good relationship would be wasted. I think Stacey suspected something - she definitely knew Sean and Tanya were sneaking round behind Max's back. Tanya should've taken a leaf out of Braley's book. I liked what Bradley said to Max yesterday - that he has to give everyone time, and then giving him the cold shoulder etc. Thats the way to do things. Not resort to this.

Tanya's not thinking - if she nails the lid down he'll suffocate. Although I agree that he deserves to suffer for what he did, this is too much.

I agree Lizzie. Tanya really isn't thinking straight and it's out of character for her to do something like this to Max, but it still makes amazing viewing anyhow!

To be honest, I think Tanya is so dead set on getting revenge that she is starting to fade away from her usual self. When she's determined, I think she can be a rather dominant and powerful woman. This will haunt Tanya though - she will feel guilty about it, as I don't believe she's as cold hearted as to do this and have no regrets afterwards.

Thanks. Janine may be able to push Barry off a cliff and watch him die without guilt but I doubt Tanya can do that. Also, both Tanya and Sean are destroying themselves and their relationship by this too - they won't be able to enjoy being together again because both will feel guilty. Then they will be scared they will get found out. If Max vanishes, the girls will start asking questions. Jack already hasd his suspicions. Then bradley will start thinking. Stacey will at some point mention that Tanya was still seeing Sean behind Max's back - it'll lead to all kinds of complicattions. know she didn't divorce him out of fear of losing the kids but if she goes to jail for the attempted murder of Max she'll lose custody anyway - what's the point?

IMO, it is so obvious Tanya is just using Sean. Stacey is right.

Awful. Its a shame EE have had to resort to OTT stuff like this to create drama. Tanya's character is well on the way to being ruined now.
