Let me know what they say if you do go.
I talked to my mum and she's making an appointment for Wednesday, I'll let you know how it goes
I have to go see a male doctor, I'd rather see any doctor than none but yeah...prefer a women really There weren't any free appointments in the afternoon so I'm going to try tommorow or Friday
Peter: So how many are there? Is it bad? Olivia: Did you eat? Peter: Yeah. Olivia: Well, that's unfortunate.

It went ok, the Doctor basically did all the asking, anyways, got the pill - yay

General question though - the Doctor said I shouldn't take the first pill until the first day of my next period, does it slow it down straight away? Or does it take until the next month to take effect?

Are you taking the contraceptive pill or the one to stop your period for a bit?

I've got another question on the mooncup, sorry for being graphic. When you lay down does the blood run out of the cup?
    Thanks CrazyLea

No it doesn't because a seal is formed internally around the cup, if you see what I mean.

If you have any questions that you are a bit worried about posting openly, you are more than welcome to pm me and I'll answer anything you want to know.

The contraceptive combined pill can sometimes cause you to bleed constantly when you first start taking it and other times you will have a normal period and then possibly some spotting. It reacts with different people in different ways.

They normally advise to start taking on the first day of your period so as to ensure that you aren't pregnant generally.

you can get co codamol at the chemist and boots also do their own make of paracetamol with codeine which is basically the same. you can get them at the online pharmacy's too. they do 8/500 strength and 30/500 but the 30/500 are very strong and i wouldnt recommend using them without a doctor prescribing them for severe pain. my daughter who is 13 and i both use the 8/500 strength with no problem.
