Peter: So how many are there? Is it bad? Olivia: Did you eat? Peter: Yeah. Olivia: Well, that's unfortunate.

    Congratulations Bryan!

I start driving lessons in March - my parents said my birthday present is a block of 10 lessons they will pay for me to learn.. I am quite nervous about driving - I just can't imagine myself driving on the road!

I thought I'd be rubbish and not be able to do it but then I though there's 30million drivers in this country so if they can do it so can I.

I love driving, it requires all my concentration so people are banned from talking to me in my car unless it's an emergency
    Thanks CrazyLea

aww dont worry Katy, everyone is at first, it comes to some faster than it does others, took me a while to bring it all together, it will all come about soon enough!

the only advice I can give is to get just as much practice away from your examiner, so if you can go out in a car with a parent or relative it will help loads. My problem was I never got to drive outside of lessons, so it took me a lot longer to be up to test standard!

I'm going to try really hard in the summer to get a few lessons in a block to try and learn more than just having loads dotted about. It doesn't helpo being skint though, but im not worrying yet i have loads of time.

Why don't you do an intensive week long course? I think it's £400 which includes food, accomodation, theory test and the actual test at the end of the week plus a full day of lessons every day.

For what you get it's a bargain. I've spent at least £1000 on my lessons, theory test and practical test.
    Thanks CrazyLea

Well done Bryan on your test

Manoveres do my head in. I need to practice going slower as i do them, otherwise i get all confused. I passed my theory before christmas though, which was good. And everything else i can do, its just a case of nailing these manoveres and getting some more road practice, i hope. I started learning about 3 and a half months ago. And i don't get any external road practice, so i don't think i'm doing too badly.

Is the hazard perception bit hard on the theory test? I've no idea how to revise for that bit!
