Ah well, there are other qualifications and I won't get another chance to say goodbye so what I get in it is what I get. Will be bricking it for the final things in May/June though.

I have quite a few essays to be done, and I have written a title for something that isn't even an essay.
aww, im sorry to hear about your nan, and even if you went into school you wouldnt be able to concentrate anyway, as i had exams the whole week before i broke up for xmas and my aunts funeral was the thurs, and i couldnt concentrate the whole week, and I know i certainly wouldnt have been able to if I hadnt gone to the funera

Yeah, I struggled to concentrate but was forced to go in. I did go for some days but I don't think I'm really ready to work. Great time for me to get an essay related to medicine as well. I don't know what I'll be like after the funeral; it could result in me taking more days off. I only went back because my mum wouldn't have wanted me under her feet on her birthday and now she's making me go in.

I've got another migraine, third in less than a month. I had one on boxing day and another on new year's eve. I'm getting really fed up of them. I really wish I knew what is triggering them, my GP thinks it's hormone related.

I got a letter asking from Canterbury uni asking me to ring the university to arrange an interview time. I got an email back from the woman today and I have to be there for 11am which is a bit of a problem as I live five hours away. I think it's unfair to expect anybody to drive me down there for 11am and drive back in the same day. I'll have to go down on the train the day before and arrange some accomodation, its going to cost me a fortune. I'll gt my train fairs reimbursed from school but I don't think they cover accomodation or food costs. I really don't know if I should go for the interview.
    Thanks CrazyLea

I thought I did ok on one of my physics resits, particles, on Friday. When I got home I realised that some of the constants I used were the wrong ones. I'm not quite sure how I'm going to explain that to my teacher tomorrow when I told him it went well when I saw him after the exam.
I completely failed the mechanics exam for the third time.
    Thanks CrazyLea

Aww; I hate that feeling after the exam that you've done it all wrong. I left a really obvious question out in Biology and felt terrible, and I always think of what I've done wrong in Maths and then think I've failed it. I'm sure you've done better than you think.

Eek, that's a bit of a pain then. I think it's very unfair; surely they know how far away you live; they must have looked at where it was they were sending the letter to ask you to contact them, surely.

I'd go for the interview if you can; you never know if the uni will appeal to you more than the others you've applied for.

I'm so confused now. I have a friends with benefits guy who I don't fancy, a guy cracking on to me who I don't like and one of the lads that we went out with who I do fancy. Unfortunately he's at uni. I only realised last night when we were sat really close and talking. I really do like him, we get on really well and we were talking all night. I don't remember what I was saying though
i know this was posted a while ago and you might have got it sorted now, but in my experience dont get involved with guys who have girlfriends. im not going to go into great detail about why its not a good idea cos obviously its mostly just my opinion and you can do what you want, but does your friends girlfriend know about what he does with you? cos ive been in that situation and my friends girlfriend (and in all honestly i didnt actually know he had a girlfriend to start with) found out and went pyscho and wanted to beat me up (i doubt she would have succeeded lol but thats not the point). basically what im trying to say is from experience ive learnt that messing around with someone who has a girlfriend makes things way too complicated and so its better off if you stay well clear. anyway you dont have to listen to me and as i said you might have already sorted it out anyway
