just had rememberence day service which was good, there was no disasters and i managed to stay in a a straight line. We did end up marching a bit to fast at the begining beacause the guy on the base drum reckoned he was doing a 100 m sprint i htink. It was good though. Now having a catch up on line before i do my assignment, and listen to the football. Going home on tuesday i 'm really excited.

Just got in from the car boot. It was unbelievably cold. Wasn't that bad actually, sold quite a bit. I also found out that the guy who I used to babysit for earlier this year has been charged with nine counts of possessing indecent images of children dating back to before his oldest was born. His wife left him but has gone back to him with their two kids aged 8 and 3 I don't know how she can do that. I don't think the court is going to be happy when they find out his children are living with him.

Had a great day! Went to my cousins party and it was just full of jokes, no need for the drink, well I don't need it haha.. Had sooo much fun and when I got back my parents were back from thier hols so it was great! They didn't get me anything but agreed they will give me a £100 instead, which is sooo much better in my opinion because I really hate spending birthday money (wierd I now, I'm trying to save up for my car ) So I will be spending the £100 on make up and accesories which I wanted to do with my birthday money lol!
Worrying thing is next week is GCSE mock's week, not looking forward to it, it's important to me because it gives me an idea or what I will get in May/July so you know.. I'm not taking it seriously though and haven't started revising! I think I will start to do so this week, put my head down for the next 3 weeks I guess.. Then I can give myself a break during December, roll on Christmas!! x

Don't stress too much about your mocks. A lot of my friends didn't revise because they wanted to see how much they knew and how much they needed to revise. I didn't do my mocks but I wouldn't have bothered revising anyway. Our teachers advised us not to do too much revision as well because it was a guide for them what areas needed working on.

Mocks are kinda important though, as what you get in your mocks are what get sent to colleges as your predicted grade of what you will actually get, so say if your maths teacher thinks you can get a B overall in may, but then in your mcok you get an F that is or aroun that is the grade that they will give to your college.
My mocks are in the last week of term so im glad they will be over by xmas

take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints and kill nothing but time

Remember though that you have only done just over half of the course and you will also have coursework on top of your exams which will bump the grade up.
Generally speaking, we were told to expect at least two grades higher in the actual exams than what we got in the mocks.

Good luck to everyone who will be taking mock exams soon. I remember I got on my mocks, the exact same grades I got for my actual GCSEs. I did revise for my mocks too as well as my proper GCSEs.

Had a good day - just did work for school and been on here really.

Haha same Except I didn't revise for my mocks and did for my GCSE's

OK weekend, not been doing much..all my friends doing the IB (International Baccaleria..sp) are away on a trip to Wales for a week, so I predict a pretty boring week
Peter: So how many are there? Is it bad? Olivia: Did you eat? Peter: Yeah. Olivia: Well, that's unfortunate.

    I'm in Wales.

Just been into town and got my train ticket for tommorow and i have a band rehersal tongiht. I'm in themiddle of my assignment and the load does not seem to be going down.

and Spicy, mocks mean nothing, there there to make you panic and the real things are nothing like them. Good luck with them anyway but don't stress out to much, its not necessary.
