well done... I haven't moved... I am still same weight.. I have tried diet, exercise etc.. I have also said sod it and ate all the food I love and I can't gain or loss weight... don't know if that is good or bad

I found the same initally. I cut out the sugar, watched what I ate but still remained the same. So it was back to the pizza and curries with no affect on my weight.

But then I drastically did a lifestyle change. Instead of coming home and surfing the net/watching telly, I made sure I joined the local fitness club. So my weekly routine looks something like this:

Mon: Body Pump + Abs + Boxercise
Tues: Spinning (bike class) + Weights + Stability Ball
Web: Aeroskip + Body Pump
Thu: Spinning + Badminton (2hrs)
Fri: Rest + eat what I like day
Sat/Sun: Moderate activity

I've cut out a lot of junk from my diet. I allow myself to relax my eating habits over the weekend (e.g. odd takeaway etc), but during the week I'm pretty strict.

Still got a long way to go to achieve my target of 11st though ...
