My Dad went to tesco this morning to find something for my Gran for mothers day and some of the flowers were ridiculously cheap considering what weekend it is. There were some for £2.99 and others £5.99.

Had a really good night last night, went to our friends for st paddys night and they had these catoring company in in a fish and chip van in the front lawn. It was so good. about 11 30 put the cricket on and we were about to write history which then led to the woman there running down the road singing ole ole ole when we won, didnt have a clue what was going on. Then as in typical Irish fashion (at mty parties anyway) we had Father Ted, Steve Staunton and Roy Keane impressions.

well the past few days have been going pretty fast as i have my german exchange partner staying and i'm getting tired now, we've been to llandudno and manchester today and it's all been good fun, but it is wearing having to speak to the same person everyday, which i don't do with my friends normally!
now i'm thinking of ways to entertain my friend stuck at manchester airport as it's been closed due to snow and she was supposed to be flying to germany for her exchange tonight!

I had a very embarrassing day. The zip had broken on my trousers by third lesson, so it kept coming undone and I don't have a button on the pair that I was wearing. I forgot to put my belt on, so I literally had to do them up every 2 seconds. I dread to think how many people saw, especially during lessons.

History really annoyed me as we were doing notes for local history coursework, but we weren't given anywhere near enough time to do it. She also took the books in, so I couldn't finish my notes by looking it up on the internet.

Media was a similar story with the teacher giving us 5 minutes to analyse each of 2 music videos, but then going over and over a different one for half of the lesson.

I'm getting fed up with my mum who is constantly on at me when I haven't done anything, she tries to hold my hand going everywhere and I hate it. I feel sorry for her because she had miscarriages after I was born, but I'm fed up with it as she seems to think she can treat me as if I'm as old as they would have been, which would be around 9/10.

It could be worse Kim She could be an abusive mother. But instead, she loves you sooo much that she wants to look after you and protect you when you're out. Be grateful, not everyone has that . Even if it is annoying.

I agree Lea - Kim, have you tried saying to your mum that you don't like it? Maybe she thinks you are closer to each other than you do?
