It's such a shame that he's had all these problems with drink and drugs. He's a natural performer and he deserves some happiness.
Hope you get better soon Rob![]()
Awww poor RobbieIts sad hearing all of this awful stuff about him. Get Well soon Robbie.
Just goes to show that money and fame can't buy happiness and security.
I thought it was really insensitive of Noel Gallagher to say Robbie's only doing it for attention. He went in off his own back and he deserves credit for admitting he has a problem.
Deceased former Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith left her entire estate to her dead son, excluding any other heir from inheritance, it has emerged.
Daniel Smith died last year, aged 20, just three days after Anna Nicole gave birth to her daughter, Dannielynn.
The 2001 will said Smith's long-term companion Howard Stern should hold her estate in trust for Daniel in the event of her death.
Smith, the widow of Texas oil tycoon J Howard Marshall II, died last week.
"I have intentionally omitted to provide for my spouse and other heirs, including future spouses and children and other descendants now living and those hereafter born or adopted," Smith said in the will, under her real name of Vickie Lynn Marshall.
Correspondents say the publication of the will has now raised further questions about the future of Smith's estate.
Mr Stern and two other men claim to have fathered Dannielynn.
The lawyer for Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, said the will was not filed in any court, so it is not valid.
Mysterious death
Smith was found unconscious in a hotel room in Florida last week and could not be resuscitated.
An initial post-mortem examination failed to find what caused her death.
But medical examiner Joseph Perper has not ruled out an overdose as a cause, and is waiting for the results of chemical analysis.
A US judge has ordered her body to be kept until a hearing into the paternity of Dannielynn later this month.
Smith married Marshall in 1994 when she was 26 and he was 89. He died a year later.
She spent years in legal battles with Marshall's son for a share of his estate, the Supreme Court ruling in 2006 that she could pursue her case in federal court.
British actor Hugh Grant and his girlfriend Jemima Khan have split up after almost three years together.
Grant's publicist Robert Garlock said the split was amicable and the decision had been taken in the last few days.
Grant, 46, and Khan, 33, the daughter of Sir James Goldsmith, began dating after the end of her marriage to former Pakistani cricketer Imran Khan.
Music and Lyrics, Grant's latest film, which also stars Drew Barrymore, topped the UK box office chart this week.
The split comes days after Grant and Khan, who has two children, attended US and UK premieres of the film.
A spokesman for Grant and Khan said: "It is an entirely amicable split but both regard it as a private matter and will not be making any further statements."
Grant, who shot to fame in romantic comedies including Four Weddings and a Funeral and Notting Hill, has never been married.
He previously had a long-standing relationship with actress and model Elizabeth Hurley.
It's tragic about Anna Nicole Smith.
I feel sorry for her baby, she shouldn't be caught up in the middle of all this paternity row. I hope they get the DNA tests done quickly and the rightful father gets custody.
I'd like to know where the other 2 men were when "their" daughter was born. I wonder if they're arguing over "their" daughter now because she stands to inherit £400million.
If the will is legally binding and Dannilynn won't inherit her mother's estate I wonder what will happen to it.
Another day in Britneys Crazy life!
This time she has shaved all her hair off![]()
