Canteen; The musical
Sat in the Canteen at a table are Phil Hunter, Neil Manson and Dale (Smithy) Smith. At another table near theirs is Samantha Nixon, Andrea Dunbar and Kerry Young. The boys start whispering together, they call Tony over and whisper to him. He walks out of the canteen and emerges minutes later carrying a cd player and some cd’s. The girls look at him suspiciously, he just smiles and goes to plug the player in at the wall. The boys stand up in front of the girls as the music begins to play.

The people in the canteen clap, cheer and laugh. The girls walk over to the player whispering to each other. They put the music on then go to where the boys had been.

The boys smile while watching. They then walk over to the girls when they’d finished.
Neil (to Andrea): I’m so glad that I left Phillipa for you.
Smithy (to Kerry): I think we should give our relationship another try.
Phil (to Sam): If you’ll give me the chance then I want to try with you.
Tony presses play on the cd player. Another song starts, they all grin at each other before starting to sing.

They all kissed passionately. There were cheers from their audience, a few wolf wistles and a couple: "OI OI's!!" But it didn't matter because they were all with someone who they loved.
