Two weeks had passed since Jake had left Chrissie put on a tough act but really her heart ached her heart ached for Jake
Sharon- so what are you up two today then
Chrissie- well im going to do what I do every other day im going to go and pull pints and have some old women tell me how sad I look and how could Jake do such a thing to a nice kind girl like me

Sharon- alright look ill go get the door you get your self a glass of water and you handbag and when and Mo gets here we can head off

and with that Sharon went to open the door Chrissie held her head in her hands she thought it was most properly a bug she’d caught from one of the punters she got up and got a glass of water suddenly a thought came into her head no it cant be we were always so careful but you read about these things it dose happen no it cant be she put the thought too the back of her head

she grabbed her bag and her and Sharon left the pub
