We do not know, John said he buried it in the woods but it was not where he told the others it was. He felt it best if the others did not know. There is speculation it is hidden in land near the depot.

Now would be a good time for it to be found, so the police could add it to Moira's charges. That would make everything tidy, and help the police clear up rate.

I do not understand why they make these mistakes in police rank. It only takes two or three letters typed on a page for the writers to "promote" a DS to a DI or a DCI. Is it deliberate to avoid upsetting the real police. Mind you that does not excuse other mistakes, like how someone can be arrested for murdering someone before establishing if they actually knew them. In the real world the first thing the police do is try to identify the victim and how they died. Strictly speaking I do not think it could be said that Anya was murdered, she died from an infection. Of course other charges could arise from that.

And it gets worse. Mad Medic John has been cremated. How will they ever prove he was murdered now?? Somebody should tell Vic ad Robert. The Renal thief has lost his power of blackmail now. In the real world even if a PM was carried out the body would not be cremated if a murder was suspected. The defence team of a person charged would have the right to demand an independent PM. Given John's history and the allegations against him I would have thought it would be treated as a suspicious death at least. I still think the cremation was a bit premature. Then again soap justice is swift even when it's correct.

Tracy Shankley (Amy Walsh) in particular wants her piece of the maniac medic, given that he killed her husband and tried to frame her for it.

So, when she gets her hands on John?s ashes, she knows exactly what to do with them ? pour them down the bog so that he can float in the sewer like the scum he once was.
Robert is keen for this little venture and follows Tracy into the loos to watch the ceremonial dumping happen.
