I love this side of Ruby. She was an abused child and she sees Anya as an abused woman, and had an affinity to her. It's like she wanted to save Anya like she couldn't save herself. Except she was strong and she did.

I would love that. Right now, the audience knows what she doesn't yet know, but I'd love for her to be part of the solution. I'd love if Ruby still holds what Joe did to Caleb against him and figures out that he is in part responsible for all that happened on the farm. He was the one who initially schemed with Celia to cheat Moira out of her farm. Joe's comeuppance has to happen at some point, I'd hope.
