Well, Cain was arrested while Moira was in the hospital for her brain tumor. Now it looks like Moira will be arrested while Cain is in the hospital for his cancer. Does that make them a perfect match?

It’s little wonder that the soap police in the Dales make such a pigs ear of all their investigations. The recent murder spree, mass slavery, illegal immigrant, drug peddling and prostitution storylaughs are being dealt with by a lowly Detective Sergeant whose investigative skills a zero. She gets a suspect and then looks for evidence, real or imagined and ignores glaring facts. No need for an MIT team or setting up an Incident Room at or near the hub of all Yorkshires crime. Luckily she had the help of a Chinese DC this week to interview the resurrected ex Special Forces part time secret agent Graham. That was equally as successful. No doubt Moira will be charged with the murders of Anya and Celia and this zzzzzzztoryline will drag on interminably. Wonder if the writers are using Chat GPT

Presumably DI Dent is too busy going round all the forensic officers and mortuary workers telling them Graham has come back to life, and to get their stories straight for the coming investigation.

The police would probably do better to employ Susie Dent of off Countdown instead of DI Dent. If nothing else they would know which words to use in their questioning.
