I think the same. The video should show how John was totally attacking her and she was fighting to survive, even if she did tamper with the evidence.

Nope, and now it will probably remain unknown forever, leaving poor Mac to always feel guilty about it. Unless ultimately, someone finds a brag book somewhere that John kept.

Regardless of whether the truth is ever known, Moira would still be to blame, or at least partly to blame, because she should have made sure there was a padlock on the valve on the slurry tanker, to stop anyone doing what John did.
