Is there something wrong with my eyes? This talk of the mirror shattering and glass on the floor, it seemed pretty intact to me. Cracked, yes, but still in one piece.

I made a big mistake tonight. I thought I'd watch Corrie in real time, which meant I couldn't fast forward. However, after the first scene with Lisa et al, I just had to switch off and watch something else before coming back to it so's I could fast forward through all the Lisa/Becky/Carla/Betsy/Costello and now Kit and Ryan nonsense.

So after Connie and Trevor, there is not much there for you.

Well there's always the very dark Theo/Todd story or the sinister story of Carl trying to scam his dementia suffering sister or the sad story of Asha's mental illness or the various degenerate grooming stories, not to mention the sorry state of Tyrone and Fiz and that's before we get to the melancholic Kevin - you know, all that uplifting fun stuff that Corrie has been noted for over the years.

There really is nothing cheerful happening... Shona and David's baby illness, Maggy's dark history to be revealed, Billy death..I know most of these storylines are meant to highlight what is happening in a lot of families all over the world but do we have to have them all at the same time? Even the odd one-liners from David or Debbie are not enough to make viewing an enjoyment these days

One the bright side there is Christmas to look forward to. When as we all know Soap's are always full warmth and seasonal cheer.

A few episodes back I seem to remember Maggie being in the Barlow's, can't remember what for now, but for some reason she opened a cabinet door and looked to be surprised/shocked at what she saw inside and closed the door again. No more became of it.
    Anyone else recall that?
