He said he was 14 at the time, but I do think it was made clear if she knew his age. If they lived near each other, she could have known he was still at school. If she thought he was 16, I suppose it could be said she unknowingly committed a crime.

I know when it became public, he was not embarrassed and was bragging he was 14, he seemed rather proud he "bagged" this older woman.
My point was, she may not have known he was 14 and therefore did nothing wrong. I can't remember at any time she mentioned his age?
