EastEnders' Ross Marshall faces a huge dilemma next week when he learns about his son Joel's shocking attack on Vicki Fowler. But as the community reacts strongly to this dramatic incident, whose side will he decide to take?

Toxic teenager Joel's bad behaviour reaches a peak in a special episode which airs this Thursday, centring around an incident involving him and Tommy Moon at school.

As the situation escalates and the worried parents attempt to deal with their offsprings' damaging views, Joel violently lashes out at his dad's partner Vicki.

This unexpected outburst leads to serious consequences, and in the aftermath of the incident next week, the fractured family are facing an uncertain future?

Ross and Vicki are at odds following their row over Joel's recent antics at school, which landed him and Tommy in serious trouble and sparked a scandal in the Square.

Having attacked Vicki when she tried to reprimand him over his misogynistic attitudes, Joel is keen to lay low, hoping no one else finds out what he's done.

Seeking out Tommy, Joel is relieved when his best mate agrees to hide him in the Slaters' garage while the dust settles.

Suspicious Zoe Slater reckons Tommy is up to something and tries to get her brother to spill, but the lad continues to protect his friend. How long can Joel escape the consequences of the clash?

Word soon spreads of Vicki's violent encounter, and rumours start flying that Joel was responsible.

In light of Joel's escalating anti-social behaviour and his tirades against many of the local women, the truth starts to come to light about what he did to Vicki.

Having heard the locals accuse Joel of attacking Vicki, Ross is horrified ? but he is quick to shut down rumours that his own son was responsible.

Fearing for his partner's welfare, Ross races to Vicki's bedside and is relieved when doctors confirm she's going to be okay.

However, tensions simmer between the pair when they discuss Joel, and Vicki is later stunned by a development in the case.

Will Vicki tell Ross what Joel did, and force him to face how disturbed his son really is?

EastEnders' Harry Mitchell faces a horrifying ordeal next week ? when he's held hostage by Ravi Gulati and Okie Okyere. The mechanic has riled his gangster bosses, who have rumbled a terrible betrayal. Can anyone help Harry before something truly horrible happens to him?

"Harry wishes he'd never got involved with this drug-dealing gang," begins our EastEnders insider.

"He's been desperate to protect his mate Kojo from getting in too deep, although now it's Harry himself who's in danger. He is about to pay a terrible price for double-crossing Okie and Ravi?"

No one has seen Harry for a few days, and Teddy is concerned about his boy's vanishing act. But George says there's nothing to worry about as Harry must be with Kojo, who is off doing a job for the garage away from Walford.

Finally, Harry calls his dad and tells him he's okay, putting Teddy's mind at rest. However, at the other end of the phone, it becomes clear Harry was not being completely honest?

"Harry is being held captive by Ravi and Okie," says our source. "They're furious after finding a recording device hidden in Kojo's flat, so force him to make the call while they pressure him into revealing where the hidden camera connects to.

"Fearing for his life, Harry admits it's linked to his laptop. Will the villains let him go now?"

Still hurt from being stabbed in the back, Okie leaves Harry locked up and goes to retrieve the laptop.

Bumping into Harry's girlfriend Gina, who is miffed at her partner for going missing so suddenly, Okie is struck with another idea about how to get revenge and starts flirting with her.

Meanwhile, Ravi decides to take Avani on a holiday, leaving Okie in charge. Ordering his sidekick to release Harry, Ravi heads off on his impromptu mini break. Relishing the power of being the boss, Okie tells Harry his poisonous plan.

"Okie has no intention of releasing Harry just yet," explains our insider. "Instead, he's going to keep him locked up while Okie seduces lonely Gina ? and Harry can't do anything about it. Harry is so devastated he spirals into despair, taking drugs to numb his emotional distress?"

Will incarcerated Harry end up hooked on drugs? And will Gina fall into evil Okie?s arms?

Joel asks Tommy for help following his attack on Vicki. Unaware of the full extent of what happened, Tommy agrees that Joel can hide out in the Slaters' garage.

Ross is horrified when he learns that Vicki has been attacked, but he tries to shut down rumours that Joel is responsible. At the hospital, Ross is relieved to hear that Vicki will recover ? but will he find out the truth about what happened?

Meanwhile, Teddy worries as he can't find Harry. He's relieved when Harry calls to confirm that he's fine, but Okie and Ravi have forced him to make the phone call.

Harry begs Okie to release him, but Okie warns that won't happen unless Harry reveals where the hidden camera is linked to.


Tuesday 14 October 2025 at 19:30 on BBC One

Things get tense between Vicki and Ross as they discuss what Joel did.

Meanwhile, Harry finally tells Okie where the camera is linked to. Okie heads to retrieve Harry's laptop and even flirts with Gina, who gives him her number.

Later, Okie and Ravi make it clear that they're still not letting Harry go, even though he's given them the information they wanted.

Elsewhere, Elaine tells Yolande that she wants to turn No.5 into a boutique hotel.


Wednesday 15 October 2025 at 19:30 on BBC One

Okie receives a warning from rival drug dealers, who are unhappy over sales taking place on their turf. He urges Ravi to sort out the problem.

Later, Ravi decides to leave Okie in charge while he goes away on holiday with Avani. He asks Okie to let Harry go, but Okie has other plans and warns Harry that he intends to win over Gina.

Meanwhile, Vicki is shocked by news about her case.

Elsewhere, Nigel accidentally causes offence as Julie tutors Lily. Nigel decides to surprise Julie by suggesting a trip to India ? and Oscar encourages him to sell his car to help fund it.

Also today, Oscar continues with his efforts to impress Jasmine.

Finally, Elaine encourages Johnny to start his own business.


Thursday 16 October 2025 at 19:30 on BBC One

Okie torments Harry, who's still locked up, by revealing that he's going for a drink with Gina. Despite the date, Gina clearly hasn't forgotten Harry as she expresses her fears to Anna that something serious might have happened.

Later, Harry hits rock bottom and takes drugs to distract himself from his ordeal and Okie's mind games.

Meanwhile, Oscar suggests taking Nigel's car for a final drive, but Julie is livid and reminds Nigel that he can't drive. Julie's mood improves when Nigel reveals that he's taking her to India.

Elsewhere, Jasmine agrees to go on a date with Oscar.

Also today, Johnny gets fired after drunkenly sending a business proposal to all of his clients, including his boss.
