What a ridiculous scene with Kim driving away with the camera bag on the roof. Howie was standing next to the car and would need to be blind not to see it. Failed attempt at comedy.

I am finding Zoe a thoroughly unpleasant person, and I have difficulty engaging with this story of her trying to find her son. She talks as if he is still a young child, when he is of an age when he could he ready to leave home. I cannot see any motherly qualities in her. She was angry with Kat for not telling her, she was her mother, yet she does not seem to consider her son may be angry with her for abandoning him. Her efforts to find him I think are more to ease her guilt at leaving him, than to enhance his life in any way. If he has had a happy home life he might want nothing to do with her. We have already seen the chaos that followed Zack revealing he is Barney' dad.

Personally I think Eastenders relies to much on bringing back characters from the past, I have trouble remembering their past history, and new viewers will have no idea of it.
