1. Andrew pushes Wendy too far

Wendy Rodwell reaches a devastating realisation on Neighbours next week ? as it dawns on her that her marriage is in big trouble. Is she one step closer to discovering what her husband Andrew has been up to behind her back?

Reality hits home for Wendy after another nasty outburst from Andrew, who unfairly blames her for an unexpected development in his life. While the real story soon comes to light, Wendy can't forgive Andrew's clear resentment in a hurry.

The trouble unfolds after Andrew's secret lover Holly Hoyland decides to interfere in his complicated family situation.

Holly invites Andrew's sister Gretchen to town ? the first time she's paid a visit since clashing with Wendy on Sadie's birthday. But confusion reigns when Andrew spots Gretchen in Erinsborough...

"Andrew had asked Wendy not to get in touch with Gretchen after the tense situation between them," our Neighbours insider explains.

"When Andrew sees his sister in the Lassiters complex, he immediately jumps to conclusions and blames Wendy for ignoring his wishes.

"Wendy's stunned as Andrew has a go at her, questioning why she didn't listen to him."

Later, Andrew feels foolish when he realises that Holly was the one who got in touch with Gretchen.

While Wendy's name is in the clear, she's not willing to immediately move on as Andrew's behaviour has tested their marriage.

"Wendy realises that there are serious cracks in her relationship after the way that Andrew spoke to her," our source adds.

"Finally being honest with herself, Wendy is forced to accept that the issues may have been there for a long time ? and they've simply been papering over the cracks."

With Andrew secretly planning to leave Wendy and start a new life with Holly, is his messy affair drama about to come to a head?

2. Elle's saviour is revealed

Elle Robinson's recent detective work has dangerous consequences when a car comes speeding towards her.

Cara Varga-Murphy's father Greg spots the incident unfold and saves Elle from being knocked over. He then thinks quickly, noting down the license plates so the culprit can be caught.

Later, Cara teams up with Andrew to follow this lead and they find the vehicle abandoned. However, there's still a potential clue worth investigating ? an encrypted hard drive left behind in the passenger seat.

Cara worries that Greg could now be in danger after being too close for comfort at the time of the accident. She's unaware that there's much more she should be fearful about?

3. Colton's patience is tested

Taye Obasi, Max Ramsay and Sadie Rodwell recruit the Eirini Rising residents to test out their new face masks.

Their visit comes as celebrity resident Monte continues to be the centre of attention around the retirement complex, which rubs some people up the wrong way.

Meanwhile, Colton Keys is unimpressed by the face mask free-for-all, as the idea hasn't been officially sanctioned by the Eirini Rising bosses. Will he chill out ? or make enemies by putting his foot down?

1. Andrew becomes anxious over the Holly situation

Neighbours airs another sign of trouble for secret lovers Andrew Rodwell and Holly Hoyland next week. Is Andrew starting to have second thoughts over his bold promises to start a new life with Holly?

As Holly continues to look forward to the day that she'll be able to go public with her relationship, there are tell-tale clues that Andrew is becoming anxious over pulling the trigger. Is this just because he doesn't want to upset his wife Wendy ? or something more?

Trouble brews after Holly goes behind Andrew's back by inviting his sister Gretchen to town.

This sparks chaos as Andrew bitterly accuses the wrong person ? berating Wendy for supposedly ignoring him when he told her not to contact Gretchen.

"Although Andrew quickly gets to the bottom of the misunderstanding, the row leaves his marriage in a difficult position," our Neighbours insider explains.

"Wendy's upset to realise that issues surrounding trust in her relationship ? as well as differing views on Gretchen ? still haven't been fully resolved between them."

Jane Harris steps in and encourages Wendy to take pride in her marriage, pointing out that it's a major achievement to have been together for so long.

Meanwhile, Holly fears that she's annoyed Andrew by sparking this tense situation. She feels even worse when she declares her love for Andrew and he doesn't respond.

"Holly confronts Andrew over his feelings and is reassured that it was another mix-up," our source continues. "Andrew insists that he didn't hear Holly when she used the 'L word'.

"Holly finds herself apologising for being over-eager, but adds that she can't wait for them to start a new life together."

Later, Holly suggests to Andrew that they should enjoy a getaway down the coast together.

Although Andrew agrees, he's struck by a sense of unease as he's clearly getting in very deep. Is he really ready to leave Wendy for another woman?

2. Two returns are announced

With the Varga-Murphy house largely empty, Cara and Greg have time to start on a woodworking project and they look forward to bonding further.

Before long, though, Cara announces that her and Remi's son JJ will be coming back to Erinsborough earlier than planned.

JJ won't be alone ? as his donor, Felix, will be coming to town to help protect him. Given the drama that's surrounded Felix in the past, how will Cara and Greg feel about this?

3. Terese uncovers Elle's latest lie

Paul Robinson promises his partner Terese Willis that his daughter Elle Robinson will take a break from the story she's pursuing over the villainous Linwell brothers.

Terese hopes this will keep everyone safe, so she warms to Elle again and tries to help her. However, Terese soon discovers that Elle has lied about dropping the story, which is sure to spark yet another argument...

This is my theory: Andrew and Holly’s cheating storyline was set to go on for months and he may or may not have left Wendy. But then the show’s end was announced and they sped up the storyline and had Andrew have these doubts about Holly so he could go back to Wendy by the time the show ended. The affair will of course come out, and there’ll be devastation, but they’ll wrap it up in a hopeful bow by the time the finale comes around.

1. Krista tells Leo the truth

Krista Tanaka is brutally honest with her husband Leo on Neighbours next week ? warning him that she never wants to be pregnant again. Will Leo be understanding after everything Krista has been through, or could this affect their future just months after their wedding?

The Lassiters boss shares her true feelings as Leo tries to raise the possibility of expanding their family. Leo previously promised to back off from talking about babies for a while as Krista wasn't ready, but now that some time has passed, he's hoping for clarity.

The scenes play out as Krista enjoys bonding with Zac Willis, her new second-in-command at work.

The pair strike up a close friendship as "work husband and wife", which leads to Krista spending more time at the hotel than she does with Leo.

"Krista has a packed schedule now that she has more responsibilities at Lassiters, although Zac helps to keep the mood light-hearted," our Neighbours source explains. "It's only when Krista's stepdaughter Abby draws a family picture featuring a baby that her thoughts turn back to issues at home.

"Krista remains fearful over pregnancy after the tragic loss of baby Hope, but she knows that Leo is still desperate for them to have a child together."

As Krista's fears rise to the surface again, she confides in Terese Willis once more. Terese, who has sensitively listened to Krista's concerns in the past, quickly suggests that she should simply be honest with Leo.

"Terese suggests that the longer Krista says nothing, the more hurt Leo will be that she hasn't been upfront with her feelings," our source adds. "It's advice that Krista already knows herself deep down."

When the couple finally get some time alone, Leo broaches the baby topic with Krista.

Realising there's no point in lying, she responds by telling Leo that she never wants to be pregnant again. How will Leo react? And is Krista still open to expanding their family in other ways?

2. Elle makes a decision over her future

Paul Robinson feels under pressure to pick a side between his partner Terese and daughter Elle amid their ongoing feud. However, a remorseful Terese soon starts to see that her clashes with Elle are putting Paul under strain... could this be a light at the end of the tunnel?

In an honest moment, Paul tells Terese that he's been going easy on Elle because he doesn't want her to move back to New York anytime soon. When Elle gets wind of how Paul has been feeling, she finally promises to drop the Linwell brothers story and stay in Erinsborough.

3. Sadie's idea fails to win over Jane and Nicolette

Sadie Rodwell hopes to secure further funding for Amanda Harris's scholarship, so she pitches the idea of a live make-up show to Krista and Zac.

However, her plans go haywire when she tries to convince Amanda's daughter Jane and granddaughter Nicolette to participate ? and they both refuse.

Sadie reminds Jane and Nicolette that the whole point is to keep Amanda's memory alive, but will this be enough to change their minds?

1. Nicolette's baby offer shocks Leo

Neighbours fans can expect trouble in paradise for happy couple Krista and Leo Tanaka next week, when the hotel manager explains that she doesn't want to give birth again. After months of keeping this painful secret to herself, Krista finally reveals the truth to her stunned hubby, who's longing for a bigger family.

But will a shocking offer from Nicolette Stone save their marriage ? or end it?

"Nicolette thinks she has the perfect solution ? she'll have Leo's baby," our Neighbours source explains. "She's desperate for another kid, and she trusts Leo just like she did David. If Krista can't physically go through a pregnancy, she'll do it."

Nicolette's monumental offer comes after Krista is finally honest with Leo about how she feels. After seeking counsel again from Terese, Krista explains that she doesn't ever want to go through what she suffered losing baby Hope, even if that means breaking Leo's heart. Terese advises her that the longer she leaves it, the more painful it will be.

When they have some time alone, Krista finally confides in her husband, being firm but gentle about her reasoning. Devastated, the news hits Leo hard, but Krista remains optimistic about expanding their family in different ways. However, she has no idea what offer is soon on the table?

"Leo and Nicolette discover they're on the same page," our insider continues. "Leo is emotional, thinking about everything he missed in the early days with Abby. And Nicolette wishes she could have another child. But where does this plan leave Krista?"

Hearing from Nicolette just how devastated Leo is about not being able to have another child naturally, Krista starts to wonder if she could put her fears aside for him. But with Leo feeling down, he's thrown when Nicolette arrives with her offer ? she can carry his baby.

Will Leo and Krista accept Nicolette's generous offer to expand their family? Or will this opportunity be too unorthodox for Krista to handle ? and tear the couple apart?

2. Jane helps Max celebrate his achievement

Jane Harris questions Max Ramsay on why he hasn't told anyone that he's just qualified as a mechanic. Max insists that he doesn't want the attention, as he's been receiving enough fuss from everyone since being dumped by Holly Hoyland.

Refusing to hear of this, Jane celebrates Max's achievement herself by taking him out for the day.

Jane and Max unexpectedly bond about how they've both felt inadequate recently. Max is still struggling after Holly's sudden rejection, while Jane has felt awkward over Sadie Rodwell's requests for her to model at the Amanda Harris Scholarship launch.

Later, Jane continues her kind efforts by organising a party to help Max celebrate his mechanic achievement further.

3. Zac's behaviour confuses Colton

Colton Keys is baffled when he spots Zac Willis taking photos of him on the beach. Zac is quick to deny any ulterior motive, claiming that he was merely taking photos as a hobby and didn't realise that Colton was in frame.

Colton isn't convinced. Believing that Zac has been checking him out, Colton decides to put on a show by doing some shirtless yoga stretches. This attracts Zac's attention again, as much as he tries to deny it.

4. The Zac mystery continues

Back at Lassiters, Zac has an unusual encounter with one of the hotel guests. Sadie Rodwell is left wondering why Zac gave the guest a big discount at the day spa, but he tries his best to cover.

Later, Max Ramsay suggests that Colton should find a way to be friends with Zac after the recent awkwardness between them. When Colton takes this on board, he and Zac find a way to be mates.
