Do you mean the cars at the beginning of the episode or the vans at the end. I have rewatched with it switched off and I did not get the impession she thought she was being watched. Maybe I am slow on the uptake, to see the inference. Audio description says Lisa "senses" she is being watched, not that she sees anything. Without audio description I would have no idea why she suddenly looks worried. I am beginning to think programme makers make programmes assuming we keep it switched on all the time, as more and more without it I would clueless as what is going on. Not just Corrie but drama in general.

Sorry, cannot tell you. I am not able to watch a full episode paying attention, I am always a bit distracted by doing Duolingo to learn Spanish or some online work I occasionally get to do. And to be honest ... Carla/Lisa is boring me, Kit and Castello is boring me as so far we really do not have a clue what is going on.. yes, Kit suspects police corruption from what I have read but I have not really have gotten a clue what tf this is about and I also do not care so far..

In fact the disguise was so good that they had to give the actor playing Tia Wardley a different name, Haylie Jones, who has appeared in a number of other TV drama series.
